- Parking Meters: are located on most downtown streets, and include 30 minute, 1 hour and 2 hour meters. Rate: $1.00/hour, Monday through Saturday, 8am-6pm. Free on evenings, Sundays and all federal holidays observed by City employees (including Martin Luther King Jr. Day)
