Welcome to UHERO

University Homeless Empowerment Relationship Organization (UHERO) is a University of Michigan student group dedicated to educating the university community on poverty-related issues, including homelessness. In addition, the group strives to support and aid its parent organization HERO in order to benefit the homeless population. UHERO also volunteers with other local charities that aid the homeless in Washtenaw county. In fulfilling its mission, UHERO hopes to empower every individual it comes into contact with, as well as every one of its members.
