Chemistry Home

University Towers is located on the central University of Michigan campus, near restaurants, shops, and entertainment... and about 3-5 minutes from the chemistry department, depending on how fast you walk. You will live in a 2-person, shared bedroom apartment that includes a kitchen, living area, and bathroom. The apartment complex has a fitness center and a swimming pool.

Please visit the web site for more information:

University Towers
536 South Forest Avenue
Ann Arbor, MI 48104

The apartments are air-conditioned. All have kitchens with refridgerators, ovens, and microwaves.

NOTE: You will need to bring the usual amenities for apartment living: sheets, pillows, towels, basic kitchen utensils, plates, pots, and pans - and do not forget your own recipes!

If you want to send stuff ahead of time (and coordinate with your roommates) we will make sure all that information is distributed ahead of time.

There are small, local food stores on campus. In general, however, you will either take the bus, or hitch rides with your new friends, to buy things at one of the larger grocery stores in Ann Arbor.
