PRIVACY POLICY FRAMEWORK
This privacy policy governs your use of the LV Free software application (“Application”) on a mobile device. The Application was created by The University of Michigan. The Application includes realtime image processing, including zoom, brightness, and reverse contrast.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The app collects no data on its users. It does realtime image processing but does not transfer that data from the device in any way.
User Provided Information – You do not have to provide any information to use the Application. No account is created for you and there are no fields in which you can provide information to us.
Automatically Collected Information - The Application does not collect information on your mobile device, your IP address, your operating system, or how you use the Application.
No third parties have access to information obtained by the Application.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy at http://www.umich.edu/~lowvisionvr/privacy.html/. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.

By using the Services, you are consenting to our processing of User Provided Information and Automatically Collected Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States. If you reside outside the U.S. your information will be transferred to the U.S., and processed and stored there under U.S. privacy standards. By using the Application and providing information to us, you consent to such transfer to, and processing in, the U.S.
