Michigan League Mission Statement The mission of the Michigan League is to create a gracious and welcoming environment to support the educational, professional, cultural, service, and social needs of the University community with a renewed focus on students. Michigan League Goal Statements The Michigan League shall: CREATE a gracious and welcoming environment which reflects the historic significance of the Michigan League building and the quality of the University of Michigan. SUPPORT the meeting needs and programming initiatives of the university community. PROVIDE facilities, programs, and services that enhance the teaching, research and service missions of the University. SERVE as a center for students, faculty and staff to come together as a community on common ground. DEVELOP a staff that is both skilled and customer service oriented to meet the wide variety of needs of a comprehensive, multicultural university. OPERATE in the most fiscally responsible manner utilizing a combination of university and self-generated resources.
