Business Services

Lucinda is responsible for the daily operations, facilities and financial activities for Business Services and the HMRC Director. She has extensive experience in corporate office management, training administration and marketing. She received her A.A. degree in Business Administration from Hesston College.

Beatriz primarily serves as the receptionist. She also processes HRAs. Beatriz was born in Mexico which is also where she attended school.

Kelly received her B.S. in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University. She has been with the Center since 1990 and is responsible for monthly reconciliation of HMRC expenses. She coordinates the General Motors Executive Program medical payments and receipts for GM credit card reconciliation. She a lso processes HRAs and assists with special projects for Business Services.

Susan earned her B.S. in Communications from Western Michigan University. Prior to her joining the HMRC team, she was employed for 17 years at University of Michigan’s Benefits Office where she provided benefit and employment information to the university community. Susan later worked for the Department of Psychiatry as a Senior Financial Representative.
