Interest Section:
International Cooking

This group enjoys planning and executing meals based upon various international cuisines. It is open to couples as well as singles. Everyone says that one of the best parts of this group is socializing with people from other parts of the university while enjoying a gourmet meal. We meet six times a year--three times in small groups and three times as a whole group. Small groups (8-10 people) meeting in members' homes on Saturday or Sunday evening for dinners in fall, winter and spring. Recipes for the meals are compiled by the leaders and distributed at the beginning of the year. Each couple is assigned a dish to prepare and bring to the hostess' house. The meal cost is shared by all who attend. The entire group meets for potlucks in September (tailgate), December (holiday party) and in May (picnic).

Meets usually in members' homes on a Saturday or Sunday evening for dinner, except for large gatherings in September, December and May.
