Minors Policy
In order to enter the Michigan Union Billiards & Games Room, every person in a party must show a valid driver license or state-issued ID card. This means no one under 16 is allowed without a parent. High school ID cards are not acceptable identification. Only a driver license with a picture, or a state issued identification card (which look like driver licenses in most states) is acceptable.
Families with kids/teenagers being supervised by their parent(s) are very welcome. Likewise, a University of Michigan student and his younger sibling(s) are also very welcome.
Guests who are 15 years old or younger may not enter the room alone. Everyone 15 and under must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.... not another friend/schoolmate who is 16.
Everyone in the party must be 16 or older and have ID. One person who is 16 and a bunch of guests who are under 16 is not acceptable.
People who are under 16 may not simply sit by the table and watch. They may not be in the room unless they are at least 16 years old.
People who attempt to abuse this policy by sneaking in may face ejection from the Billiards and Games Room. In this case, the entire party will be asked to leave (not only the person who sneaks in).
