 |  |  | | | Finance The finance team will assist in proposal writing, presentations, and general solicitation of funds through devising a fundraising plan. This team will be a contributing associate with MESA staff in attaining funds.
Promotions/Expansion The promotions/expansion team is responsible for devising an advertisement plan for the program. This includes coordination of phone call outs, creation of brochures, website, introduction letter, logo, and letterhead, and outreach to summer programs on campus. Additionally, this team will continually create ideas and plans for the improvement and/or expansion of A.L.M.A.
On-Campus Liaison This team will work with the development of the schedule for the program. Responsibilities include reservation coordination, arrangements of all component necessities (facilities, materials), and coordination with offices.
Registration/Participant Liaison This team will work with participants from registration to arrival (including all confirmations and travel arrangements). This team will be the center of information for the ALMA 2006 participants.
Lead/Volunteer This team will develop a plan of recruitment for volunteers and implement this plan. With these volunteers, this team will then assign volunteers to ALMA activities as well as make sure the program runs as smootly as possible. The lead coordinator is also in charge of overseeing the duties of the rest of the teams.
