Again Uncle Sam is drawn as the father figure to these tiny, insignificant, bothersome Central American countries. These countries are pseudo-Africanized, with exaggerated features and very dark skin. They're seen to be quarrelling amongst themselves and the Uncle Sam figure warns them not to let their squabbles interrupt his business. Even the title of this cartoon seems a threat.
