Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

Time off work under the FMLA is provided for reasons of child care following birth, adoption, foster care placement and care for children over 18 years of age who are incapable of self-care, and for serious health conditions of staff members and their families for up to twelve weeks in a year. You are also encouraged to contact your HRAA representative for information regarding your specific situation.
